Why is Your Braces Treatment Package cheaper than other Dental Clinics?
Answer : Our braces prices are cheap and affordable because we try to lower our cost of treatment from other areas and also we purchase our materials in bulk and our clinic also managed to negotiate a good deal with our suppliers. Although our braces are cheap, it doesn’t mean that it is not of good quality and built.
Will I feel pain or discomfort while doing braces treatment ?
Answer : Usually for most of our patients, slight pressure will be there during the first 1-2 weeks after putting on your braces. After that you will be “used” to the feeling and it will feel normal again. On rare occasions, our drs will prescribe mild painkillers to ease the pressure feeling .
Do I Need to Remove My Teeth for Braces Treatment ?
Answer : Removing a tooth before placing a braces is common and usually done for a few reasons. One of the most common reason for extraction includes when the teeth are too crowded, removing one or more can make more room for the crowded teeth to spread out in the gum line 🦷.
If the tooth has fully emerged from the gum line, it can usually be removed with a simple extraction.
For a tooth that is damaged or impacted (partially erupted), a surgical extraction will be needed💉

How long normally does my Braces (Pendakap Gigi) Treatment Lasts ?
Answer : Usually your braces treatment will last from 1 and a half years to 2 years depending on the severity of your dental crowding (problem) . Based on our Dr’s experience , normally our Braces treatment will last around 1 and a half years .
What do I need to do After I finished my Braces Treatment Journey?
Answer : After your orthodontic braces treatment journey comes to and end, your brackets (braces) will be removed. Your teeth will be polished and clean and normally a general cleaning (dental scaling) will be done. After that, our Dr will start preparing to make your transparent (Essix) Retainers.
An impression for your upper and lower teeth will be taken and after a few days, your retainers will be ready.
How Long do I need to wear my Retainers?
Answer : You will be required to wear your transparent retainers basically 24 hours a day (even when you are sleeping!) . Full time wearing of your retainers is required for the first year. However, you will need to remove your retainers whenever you are eating or drinking , and that includes coffee , tea , carbonated drinks. However, you can wear your retainer when drinking PLAIN WATER.
After 1 year of full time wearing of your retainers, for the second year onwards, depending on your dr’s consultation , you will only be required to wear your retainers at night when you are sleeping only
How do I take care of my Retainers ?
Answer : We will provide you with a retainer box to keep your retainers when you are not wearing them. Your transparent retainers are actually quite fragile if not taken care properly. just remember that everytime you remove your retainers from your mouth, ALWAYS make sure to keep them inside your retainer box. DO NOT wrap your retainers with tissue or just leave it on the table . On many occasions our patients are required to redo new braces because they either lost them or they are broken as a result of not keeping it properly inside the retainer box.
