Referal from Klinik Dr Haslina,No 23 Jalan Seri Putra 1/5,Bandar Seri Putra,Bangi. for RCT. Appointment on Saturday 12.9.2020 Former history of im shincort/ piriton after LA due to feeling choking and difficult breathing. I had hypothermia during labour induction during delivery of 6th child.
