I visited your clinic dated on 1st Feb 2020@Saturday.

I did request for the x-ray copy for my otg and she said only could provide digital copy fr the otg from your assistance who was on duty that day.

She asked for my email address, as she mentioned that the otg digital copy could be send via email.

 I had provided her my email address and mobile phone number.

However, until today, I still did not receive any email nor do anyone had contacted me via phone.

Could you please expedite the matter?
