Dear Sirs

I attended your clinic at the end of October and you very kindly fitted me with a partial denture (only one tooth).  I was extremely pleased with this, but unfortunately it has been damaged - I managed to drive over it with my car!  Is it possible you still have the moulding, and if so would you be able to supply another one by post?
