I am a Canadian and lived in Kuala Lumpur from July 1999 - July 2002 and again from July 2006 - July 2009. During these periods, I was under the care of Dr. Katrina Stephens for my dental needs.
I need gum grafting work to be done. I was referred by Dr. Stephens to write to Dr. Chua. On May 12, 2015, I sent an email to Dr. Chua to request a quote for gum grafting for TH #12, #13 and #14. I called her office a couple of days later to make sure that Dr. Chua received my email. I was advised by the receptionist who confirmed that my email was placed on Dr. Chua's desk for her appropriate action.
I called Dr. Chua office on two separate occasions (both in June) to inquire about the status of my email. During my last phone call, the receptionist advised that she will ensure that I will receive a response to my email. To date, I am still waiting for a response.
I am disappointed that Dr. Chua's office did not have a courtesy to respond to my email. I strongly believe that it is very unprofessional for this office. If my request cannot be fulfilled, at the least, Dr. Chua should have responded appropriately and referred me to another doctor.
