Dear Dr,

Hope you are doing good.

You have been the best dentist I have been to so far. Your expertise is the reason why I have been a regular customer of yours.

Yesterday I walk in to your clinic around 12pm without any appointment as I was in pain, your nurse even refuse to talk to me properly and straight away told me sorry we can't take any patient now, and keep on emphasising on your her lunch hour is at 1pm. She told me to come back after 7pm.

I did call at 7.45pm and your nurse straight away told me off that sorry we can't take anymore patient as there are 3 waiting.

Today morning again I called to make an appointment, your nurse straight away told me sorry today we are full. After me mentioning that came and called yesterday, your nurse suddenly can inform me that you can come but on first come first basis.

I seriously think you should brief you nurse on how to deal with your patient especially your regular one, if not this will jeopardise your clinic image.

I was really in pain yesterday and was very sad to be treated like this by your nurse.
