Overall the treatment is fair because the it doesn’t resolve my toothache issue and not worth with the price charges.  But there were most worst experience than that issue because I do not happy with the appointment system whereby I have already get the date and time but it was reschedule without asking my permission. The upset part is the staff was lying to me said that doctor is not available an on online meeting?! 
The actual appointment set on Saturday 7th aug should be 10th Aug at 10 am as I have confirmed and request 3 days earlier (and it was agreed by the staff as well). But then it was reschedule to 12pm (changed time) and been informed to me on 9th without my notice.
So on 10th I text the staff to ask about my appointment at 10am but she refused me to come with the reason that the doctor is on meeting.
I have no idea but I insisted to get my treatment on time as promised earlier then the staff only allow me to come at 11am. 
I saw there was a patient at the waiting area at time i walked in the clinic. The doctor attended me in the treatment room then. But I noticed that the patient that was at the waiting area is already away. 
So I text the staff via whatsapp after I left the clinic. I am pretty sure that my appointment time was overlap with the other customer. I feel that this is not a fair treatment at all.
Not sure on what appointment basis if the time is not committed. Reason is I did informed that I have the other appointment (on the same day 10th aug) for my hospital admission stuff at the gynae clinic for surgery to the staff on our whatsapp conversation (7th aug) itself so that it won’t drag my time.
Please note to ensure not to simply overlap the appointment time because I do not request on ADHOC or urgent basis!
