My mended/rectified denture

For the attention Dr Khung.

Hello Dr Khung ... I felt compelled to write to tell you that you were not right in the manner you returned my mended/rectified denture the afternoon of 29th March 2019 . You returned my denture "over the counter" and with your staff telling me in BM ... "if any problems, call us" . That was UNPROFESSIONAL lah !!! Period.

Were you not keen to see if the mended denture fits me well or not ??? By doing what you did, you were like telling me "this denture beyond repair ... blah blah blah". 
"Over the counter" ... how could you do that? At that material time, I was dumbfounded and had thought of returning the denture to your staff and say "simpan lah" but I held back. 

You would recall that when I told you over the phone that I am wearing my 11-year old denture with my 5-year old as spare, and that the new piece aside, you were the one who suggested that I come in. 
Well I came in the afternoon of 27th March, and you after having studied and compared my oldest piece against the new one, you told me you were going "to do this ... do that" and, supposedly a better returned piece. But NO ... no better. And really you wouldnt know if i didnt write this. 

Thats oke with me ... wish to close this chapter and move on. FYI I have since thrown away your that new denture. No issue for me.

For the record, though the new denture was "months" old, I did not return to you weekly or fortnightly for adjustments. I returned only after 3 or 4 months when I really thought it needs adjustment.
