The doctor are very nice& friendly. But the staff really rude, i was cancel the treatment i want to do then staff call me but i dont pick up because im busy. & she text me ask me to make an payment, im asking why. Thats all, but her words really rude! She say the clinic is not make any charity, im just asking about the payment, she can answer me with really gentle words because i was the customer & i have right to cancel it! I dont mind about the payment, i really do. i can pay i understand the procedure. I hope she know how to respect the customer, i never thought i can meet this kind of girl at very nice clinic with nice doctor. Shame on her! So rude treat like we not have money. Please train your staff to manage her attitude. Thankyou.
