I've made an appointment on coming Tuesday 26 July for M.O.S.

Unfortunately due to my meeting in office I need to reschedule to Wednesday 9:30am.

currently I am unable to contact the klinik as I've tried to call since last Friday.

Appreciate your prompt revert on the next appointment.
