Staff attitute

just FYI.... I have appt this morning at dentist dr law puchong on 23/2 at 11.30am. I called since 9.30am for 7times and I finally got thru to the line at 11am. I told the staff Siti that I'm sick and couldn't make it but she so was furious saying that I should have call earlier to cancel appt. I told her when people get sick is unpreitable and she again furiously say I cannot cancel appt last minutes and hang up the phone. What I m trying to say here is that she is really rude and have a very bad attitute towards customer. I told her I will send this message to the media and she say 'okaylah'. Bad... Bad.. This is very bad.
