professional service but your nuse attitude is so rude

doctor,apologize for what i want to say.this afternoon i bring my wife to your place and having a xray on her mouth.one of your nuse didnt giving a clear and collect direction and keep scolding her.patient is zero knowledge and she should told politely!we have being many time to your clinic,everytime have to face their black face.you should teach them to treat your patient good.we pay and why giving a service like free goverment clinic?sorry for any inconvenient.hope can get improve on these matter
