Hello dr, actually I have 2 questions to ask you.
1. Now I'm just wearing my retainer at night time only, so while i'm not using it can i keep it in a case filled with cars? because if kept in the retainer case it becomes dry.
2, Can i clean my retainer using a soft brush with little toothpaste?
